1 thick slice multigrain bread
cheese, fruit, and honey
2 tablespoons fresh ricotta cheese
1 small, ripe peach, thickly sliced
1 teaspoon honey, preferably wildflower
1 teaspoon dry-roasted pistachio nuts
Toast the bread on both sides, and transfer to a serving plate.
Top the slice of bread with the ricotta cheese. Place peach slices over and about the ricotta cheese. Drizzle on the honey. Scatter over the pistachio nuts.
Serve the toast immediately.
